This notice explains how positioningstages.com handles information submitted through the request-for-quote form. The form is for business and engineering inquiries.

Information we receive

We receive the name, work email, company or institution, country, model information, application requirements, and any drawings or images you choose to attach. Our service providers may also process technical request data such as an IP address and browser details for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

We use the information to assess your application, answer the inquiry, prepare a quotation, clarify technical requirements, and protect the form from abuse. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers

Cloudflare serves this website and provides Turnstile abuse protection. The form sends accepted inquiries to Webform.dev for form processing and email delivery. These providers process information under their own service and privacy terms. Do not attach information that is subject to export controls, special-category privacy rules, or another restriction unless you have confirmed an appropriate handling arrangement with us first.

Retention and access

We retain the submitted inquiry and attachments for up to 180 days, then delete them from the inquiry system. Information incorporated into an active quotation, order, or required business record may be retained separately for the period that applies to that record. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected].

Website requests

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive ordinary network request information when your browser requests those files. Browser and network providers may keep their own operational logs.

Changes

We may revise this notice when the form, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
